Incredibly disappointing service! Customer service is non-existent, no communication at all. I ordered a scooter for my child for his birthday on the 2nd of January 2025 for next day delivery. The payment went out, but it hasn't left the warehouse, yet. No response to my e-mail enquiries, no response to my private messages on Facebook, no phone number to contact them. I'm being completely ignored. Just had to go out and buy presents in the local supermarket this morning, as it is my son's birthday today, on the 6th of January.
