Ordered a bike for my grandaughter for her birthday arrived on time however was missing the frame, bike was useless due to this. Got onto Wowow who were prompt in their reply and I requested a full refund which is expected in the next 5 -10 days (of course). Asked how I wanted to return the item, I gave some dates to which they replied I could dispose of the bike how I wished. Now have an incomplete bike to get rid off and have had to order from another store. Will not be using Wowow again
