Had health care with WPA since September 2025 and have had no problems. They have been really helpful in sending me lists of specialists that I can use and helping find the right ones. Although I pay monthly for this service, it is so nice to be able to be seen and heard by a professional quicker than having to go through NHS

This is a truly rubbish company. I have been with them for 1 year and 12 days paying c £274 pm, and they have refused a small claim ( c. £60). They said I cannot make a claim within the first 14 days of the policy commmencement date of the original policy. I informed then that the symptoms started approximately a year ago (not exactly a year ago), so they have said since the first 14 days are not-claimable, and they assume the symptoms started exactly in that period, I am therefore 2 days short of being able to make a claim. CLAIM DENIED. My advice.............BUPA
Having made multiple treatment claims, I'm most greatful I am with WPA. I prefer contacting them via claims portal and on their WhatsApp. Both easy and straightforward claim process. Everyone who handled my claims were very helpful, professional and supportive. Thank you very much.
The processes have been quite challenging. There was an abrupt change in care that left me responsible for payments. This interference has negatively impacted my mental health treatment. They suddenly halted invoice payments due to a review, but I was not informed beforehand; they just stopped processing my invoices. Given that this is private healthcare, my experiences with most of the staff have been disappointing, and the lack of communication, care, and consideration is unacceptable.
