I've been a member for two years now, it's satisfying to see all of the project updates and impacts, and be a part of this community. And to top it all, the company is completely transparent per their financials. All round impressive and highly recommended to anyone who wants to contribute to the fight against global warming.
I'm very happy to be a Wren subscriber. I feel like my money is in good hands. The team is dedicated and low-key. I like to be low-key too. It's just nice to see folks focused on doing good work. Most of all, it's a very good vibe to be carbon neutral/negative.
I can't speak to the effectiveness of Wren because I'm not doing crazy in-depth analysis and asking for absurdly detailed information about how the money is used. But in conversations with everyone involved, they all seem to have immense experience and knowledge about the sector and they've given me no reason but to trust them that I am supporting some of the best initiatives to deal with the climate crisis that are possible.I feel better about Wren than I do many other PBCs and even some charities. I think if I did ask for anything they would share. They really are radically transparent.
