We altered plans so my wife could wait for Fedex to show up to deliver the case of wine ordered. Nobody came, but we did get an email saying a delivery attempt was unsuccessful. The Advent calendar we bought took us a week of trying to catch the Fedex person. After she sent an outraged email saying we would no longer be ordering and that our house consisted of two people over 60 the next day Fedex left the box without all the hassle. If there is some way to go back to Fedex simply leaving the box (the way they did for YEARS) we'd consider ordering again.
