Amazing products and the most kind, incredible customer service! We’ve used the belts and leads to run with 3 dogs and to take them hiking, and they have got great durability and design! Would highly recommend.
I have been using Barkswell leads for several years. I love the added extras (the extra handle to keep your dog in close is a very useful feature). I have both the single & double bungee leads. The double is great for 2 dogs as it never gets twisted up & you only need one hand, leaving the other hand free. Recently my single lead broke at the clip & I remembered I had signed up for the warranty. So I e-mailed Barkswell & they were straight on it & a replacement was sent out via amazon. Amazing service & great communication. Well done Barkswell. Would highly recommend.
I have quite a few leads/balls/and walking belt and cannot praise the quality enough. My dogs are large and strong but the double lead for when walking 2 is brilliant. The bungee lead also works great and protects my shoulder when they suddenly pull or lunge. Had one small issue out of everything we have and the customer service was AMAZING. Never in my many years have I had such quick responses and more than satisfactory solution.Will recommend to everyone
I bought a single lead version and unfortunately, a few weeks later we broke the clip, not sure how or when this happened but needed a new female part to rectify the problem. I contacted the company and the owner, not only sent me a completely new belt with 2 x leads she also refunded my money!! I am still flabbergasted with the service I received as it was trouble-free and a delight dealing with this company. The product itself is extremely well made, robust and the clip is perfectly strong enough to with hold the greatest of mutts, its a great design and bright with reflective tape for running in darker conditions. There could be some improvements as with anything but these would be more personal improvements to cater to the terrain I run on and the dogs I have. Overall I am happy to give this 5* and will buy another in the future should I need to. Great product. Excellent backup!
Fantastic products, top class customer service! I cannot recommend Barkswell highly enough we have bought a couple of items from them through Amazon, products are top class and customer service is by far the best I have ever known, I will never go anywhere else for my doggie related items from now on
