I bought a frew cabinets from the company, my microwave cabinet came in damages. I contacted the company they said they would send me a repair kit because I had to have the cabinet installed before countertops I never got the repair kit and I contacted the company twice.
Im telling everyone about cabinet giant that i love. Didn't want the junk that home improvement stores had.I love my cabinets! Shipping for even the special order items were at my place several weeks before the expected delivery date. CG couldn't have did better. They are very mindful about ever step from shipment, to ease of assembly, to quality, communication and delivery. The cabinets were so well packaged that there couldn't be any damage. When emailed cabinet giant with a question, they responded right away.The whole experience was wonderful. Don't be afraid to order cabinets online from CG.They have thought about everything that there could be a concern about and make sure everything arrives in great condition. The only reason that gave four stars was because there was one bracket missing, but I'm sure if i let CG know, they would have sent it to me.The cabinets are really easy to put together as promised.
