My experience with Factory Plaza has been wonderful. Jose was very helpful allowing me to look (multiple times) at the slabs, providing quick and accurate quotes and guiding me to the finsh line. The price was great, the stone is beautiful and the process was much simpler than I anticipated. First stopped in on 9-9, counters are installed and gorgeous 10-7. I highly recommend Factory Plaza.
The whole process was great. Picking out the stone in person, measuring on site, delivery and install went great. Bob and Greg were especially helpful with the cutouts for everything in the kitchen and getting the dishwasher back in place secured.
Thomas did a great job helping me with all my questions and picking out the quartzite. Tomak was the man who came to measure and he was such a pleasure to talk to and did an amazing job. Rodrigo and Laure installed all the quartzite and were very helpful and the finished job looks so beautiful!
We are remodeling a bathroom and needed an odd-sized vanity top. We stopped in because we got lost looking for another vendor. Our design specialist Tara is wonderful. Our installer is stellar! He knew what needed to be done and came up with the removal and installation plan. The selection of materials is amazing. We’re so glad we got lost and ended up in Factory Plaza’s parking lot. This is our fifth project with factory plaza. Always an excellent experience. Thomas was very helpful in preparing the order and the gentleman who measured was excellent. We had a couple of difficult cuts to make. The installers Bob and Greg were very professional and meticulous. Every thing fits perfectly. No surprises and good pricing.
It was a great experience from start to finish! Matt was so helpful throughout the process. We went in and got to see all the beautiful options and we got our counters in before the holidays! Bob and Greg did an amazing job with the installation and took care of all the old counters too. I absolutely love my new counters and it’s such a pleasure to look at them in the room now!!
