Review Time
My experience with Cuddles United started off amazingly. I was contacted within an hour of payment and was in constant contact with the same person for about a week. Then, I just got a single email another week later asking if I had any updates for them. I found that odd, since the entire point of hiring someone is for them to get me updates, but I let them know that we hadn't heard anything. After two more weeks of silence, I emailed them again asking if there was any updates on their end. After another week of silence, I wanted to write this review and get it out to as many places as possible.I really hope that the others who use this service actually had their pet found by it, but I feel like I've just had my money taken from me with nothing to show for it. I purchased the most expensive plan they had and I feel like they should have at least told me if there was some kind of time limit to the service (which is understandable if there is, but that was never communicated to me at any point). If you want to spend your money to find your pet, I'd suggest doing it early (we waited a week) and maybe try someone other than Cuddles United. They talk a big game, but I doubt any pets have actually been found due solely to their efforts.
Really great people working here!! I was very pleased with the Most Popular service and my pet specialist was da domb. Paid for Most Popular and my girl Lucy was found within 36 hours. They were very excited when I alerted. Definitely gonna keep a collar on her for now on and make sure that darn gate is always closed!
BEWARE!!!!! They deserve a “0” rating. Cuddles United listed my beloved pet as “REUNITED, SAFE at HOME” a TOTAL LIE!!!! It was posted incorrectly on social media and this could have prevented someone from reaching out to me!!! Their communication is nonexistent and forget about ever trying to get someone on the phone! When you are in this type of business facts, communication and time are absolute must haves! No one at the company ever reached out to verify the information before changing Nanook’s status! The damage has been done!!! I am left now with trying to correct it and get the TRUTH OUT that he is STILL MISSING!!! Michael says, “he will look into it”, WHAT!!!! This is a HORRIFIC MISTAKE!!!!! There is NO room for mistakes when dealing with a life! DO NOT TRUST or RELY on them with finding your loved one!
I am very pleased with my interaction with Cuddles United. I used their poster and got leads as to where “Hugo” was hanging out. Cuddles touched base with me on a regular basis and gave me tips for a successful search. I managed to lure Hugo out and after a week got him back in the yard and home.
