The pump for my fountain sadly stopped working after just a couple months of use. After reaching out to support, they were able to give me some troubleshooting to try first and upon unsuccessful attempts at getting it to work they opted to ship me a new pump for free
This company stands by thier products! I purchased a wet food cat feeder about a year and a half ago, and use it most everyday to give my cat breakfast, keeps the mornings a little calmer! It worked flawlessly until last week. I contacted Petlibro through the app and they got back to me via email within 10 minutes. I did some troubleshooting steps and was able to send them video and screenshots of the issue, and they sent me a replacement unit. I was surprised since it was so far out from the purchase date, but then I saw the warranty is 24 months! I see this as a sign that the company believes in what they make and really care that it works. On top of the excellent product I can now unreservedly recommend purchasing from Petlibro because of the customer service.
I really value Petlibro's products as a company, but I was surprised to find just how prompt and helpful their customer support team was in helping me resolve an issue with one of their products. They definitely went above and beyond to help me.
We purchased the Polar wet food feeder and the Granary smart camera feeder to be able to feed our cat while on a trip. We have been using both systems for about 3 weeks without any issues whatsoever. Our cat had no aversions to both systems and we love that we can see her at mealtime when we are away.
Initially there was an error (on my part) with ordering the the company was prompt to help resolve the issue.
I got the automatic RFID feeder and love it. It keeps my one cat out while letting my grazer eat when she wants. They also have great customer service that helped make ordering an additional part super easy!
Outstanding Customer Service Experience! I purchased the Dockstream 2 from a German online platform, and although it took a little while to arrive due to the holiday season, it was definitely worth the wait. My cat adored it, and the rest of us enjoyed it as well. It's user-friendly, has a fantastic app, and encouraged our cat to drink significantly more water. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, the charging stopped working, and it short-circuited when I plugged in the cable. However, after reaching out to the support team about the issue, they responded very quickly, and I received a refund, which I used to purchase a new Dockstream 2. Thank you once again for the excellent product and support!
I switched to a new model for improved odor management, hygiene, and facial recognition instead of just relying on weight for differentiation. Pros: I'm truly impressed with the odor control and cleanliness! My kittens have far fewer accidents when it comes to stepping in their waste, and the material prevents urine from sticking. Incredible! Minor Cons - the device is unexpectedly loud, and after five days, the AI continues to misidentify one of my cats. One is brown with fluffy long hair, while the other is black with sleek short hair and a notably smaller face. I’m uncertain if it will eventually learn to recognize them correctly - fingers crossed. Overall, I'm happy with its performance and the value for the price. The odor control is fantastic!
My wet feeder stopped functioning after approximately 6-8 weeks. I followed the troubleshooting steps provided, but they were ineffective. I contacted the support team via email and received a prompt response. They requested some photos of the issue, and after a few exchanges, they sent me a new power converter and cord, resolving the problem. I hope this fix lasts. I'm grateful for the assistance!
Exceptional support from the team. I encountered an issue with my pet feeders (I own two). I reached out via email and received a reply within 24 hours to 2 days (including a weekend). They helped me troubleshoot the issue and replaced my feeders when it couldn't be fixed. A big thank you to the representatives for their assistance.
