Wow That's why you should choose Eco Save Windows in Clydebank from start to finish absolutely fantastic seven new windows installed including a bay window outside anthracite grey white inside.Firstly no pushy sales talk Kenny and Sam came out and measured up nothing was a bother to them as iam very fussy talked me through everything what I found impressive was everything was made in there own factory nearby in Clydebank. Step two a phone call from Jane introducing herself and asking had I received my quote and was every specification of the plans exactly as I wanted .Quote agreed now on to the exciting bit the installation of the new Windows. Step three a team of 4 men all in company Eco Save Windows uniform arrive at 8.30am as arranged all introduced themselves as Sam,Del,Alan and Tam straight away came in with dust sheets ect and in no time all Windows taken out and new windows put in . Alan and Tam arrived 2nd day to finish all sealing a trim finishes inside and out the tidied everything up brushed and hosed all my back path and front driveway and left me a very happy customer absolutely love them.Would highly recommend Eco Save Windows in Clydebank you won't be disappointed
I found EcoSave Windows through Facebook and really happy I did! They were very friendly and responsive from the start to finish - quick to pop out to measure, the quote came through the same day and the window replaced within the week. Overall I am really happy with the work carried out and would highly recommend anyone to use them. As they are also a family run business I feel it's even more reason to support them.
I contacted Eco Save Windows Limited in Clydebank (not to be confused with a similarly named company in England) to quote for a new bedroom window to replace our ageing PVC one. Really friendly, helpful service from Jane in admin to the people who fitted the window this morning. There was a lot of hammering so I was a wee bit scared to look at the end product, but I'm glad to say that they've done an excellent job and were very conscientious in tidying up afterwards. Would absolutely recommend.

The door to door salesman gained you a negative review. After being told multiple times we don't have the money for new windows he kept asking if he could leave a quote anyways and he could tell we had safestyle windows and they'd now gone bump so we would have to look for a new window company so let us give you a quote. He was unbelievably pushy to the point of almost aggressive to get us to have a quote. Not a chance would I get a quote from you in the future now if we did get the money to do our windows.
The problem is just geared to a rep who knocks on the door and askes to come inside as it's cold outside. he then says he can quickly measure up and give a quote. I tell him that I've already had a quote that I'm happy with. He continues to insist on giving me a quote. I advise that the local firm I'm happy with have completed other work in our house and to a great standard with good after sales. He then persisted with giving me a quote. I then explained that the local firm had done work for me before and given a good discount as they dealt with my brother-in-law's firm I hadn't any reason to upset the long going arrangement. But he still persisted... and soon amicably sent him on his way. Why? Because he told me he was on commission and if he gave me a quote it would be beneficial to him! No thank you. I hate being bothered on my doorstep; such an invasion of privacy. The actual doorstep approach from this company in my opinion isn't a positive first communication; in fact quite negative. But that's just my opinion; not sure what anyone else feels about such approach.
I would highly recommend Ecosave. The quotation process was quick and straightforward with no sales pitches which was great. Lorraine was very helpful in assisting me to find exactly what I was looking for. Kenny and Sam done a fantastic job in fitting my new windows. Their prices are very reasonable and I am really impressed with the quality of my new windows. I am looking forward to upgrading the remaining windows in my home with them soon hopefully! 10/10.
