I tried two other apps they were complicated then I tried Fitbod been using it for three years. It absolutely help change my life when I started. I weighed over 265 pounds now I weigh 216 pounds and I am 17.5% body fat I’m 52 years old when I first started my weight loss. I weighed 346 pounds I’m happy to write this review.
Love the app, finally I have managed to stick to the plan over a longer period of time. I’ve used the app for 6 months and the result is amazing! The reports are so good that I always want to do better next week, and looking forward to see my progress in the upcoming reports. Already recommended the app to plenty of friends.
Worst app i've tried so far. I did the free 7 day trial and the app kept crashing which sucked. Workout order was also all over the place with insane reps and weight. I also noticed an influx of positive reviews here that caught my attention and noticed some of these are written by actual Fitbod employees so be careful and do not trust this scammy businesss! Save your money.
Algorithm is not operating correctly. Getting the same exact exercises and cardio which is longer than the whole time allowed. Really falling apart. I’ve been a top 1% user for 5 years and this is the worst I’ve seen. And your customer service is totally useless. You are losing customers over the lack of system integrity - and it will soon be me if you don’t get it fixed
