I once wrote a review saying gryfunding was good and so on only for them to prove me wrong, at first when I read other 1 star review I was like, there will surely be haters but as of recent, after I passed my 10k phase 2 and got the email on the 31 of July, normally they didn't delay to give me the phase 1 or 2 logins but all a sudden 3 days passed and no email or anything, I followed them up and got the KYC email sent on the 6th of august asking for international passport and others I sent them all, went to their discord and followed them up only to get an email on the 13th of august saying my email doesn't match my credentials, pls tell me which can of KYC uses email name as part of the KYC, on the 14th I sent them a list of my emails and picture to show that I am who I am and since then they havnt said anything for one week now(it's a 10k giveaway account) even tho it's a giveaway account isn't the industry supposed to try to win you over since for some and this prop, a giveway acc can only withdraw once and 6% to be specific nothing higher One thing that annoyed me is their customer care, it take them most of the time nothing less than an hour to respond, pls you guys should work on it and resolve my issue or just tell me I can't get the account simple
Purchased a GRY funding evaluation of 50k, it took 3 days for the account details to be provided to me. passed my phase 1 and was provided with phase 2 account details within 24 hours. It wasn't until i passed my phase 2 that problems started to show. I was asked to submit my personal information and proof of identity to gry funding team in order to get funded. After submitting there was no response for 7 days. Asked for an update and waited another 24 hours before adding gry support team until any action was taken from their end. It took a total of 9 days from passing phase 2 to get my certificate of funding and haven't received any funded account details yet. After 15 days since passing phase 2 they send me an email welcoming me to the trading team and i can find the details to my 'funded' account below. What was sent instead was account details for a 2-step evaluation 10k account. after asking what is going on and that i was funded for 50k they told me it would be provided shortly and for me to ignore the 10k. i received 2 emails the following morning. the first being the same email with the 10k login details and the second being for a 50k evaluation account. it took another 48 hours for them to explain to me that the evaluation account provided was actually to be treated as a funded account. The password provided for all the accounts provided to me are all the same, even for the so called (fake) funded ones. I voiced this concern and Gry funding responded to me that no client has the same password which quite obviously is a lie. It took 17 days from passing phase 2 until i could start trading my funded account. I traded the funded account and was up 1.2k after the 21 day trading period. Asked for withdrawal and was told i made several violations towards the 15 second rule.I indeed at one time made a mistake and pressed execute twice and closed both positions at a loss. Other trades marked as violated was actually due to taking partial profits which splits your original position depending on the amount of partials you take. each giving the exact same open time. This means any strategy which includes taking partials is regarded as illegal trading practice. besides this GRY did not provide any further context only that i violated, no next steps or any thing. it took 8 days and 5 follow up requests for update before i was told they would be happy to reset my account. The last email i received was as of date 15 days ago stating " We are aware. We are clearing a few things up for you . We will update you shortly with instructions " i have sent 5 emails asking for update since then and not had any response. conclusion, these guys are scammers. Would not recommend. Proof can be provided upon request.
Gry Funding is a great prop firm, I love their discounts on funded accounts aswell their community is a great place to be. Being involved in the discord to such great hospitality from the staff and even from the owner having events is great
I've been trading with GRY Funding for a bit over a month now and i like this prop firm a lot. I managed to get funded and so far my whole process has been very smooth. the support staff was always ready to help me whenever i had questions and even the CEO has been very friendly and helpful during my time with GRY so far.
One of the best prop firms I’ve worked with, as the rules are extremely fair. The best one for me personally was balance based drawdown, as a majority of the firms I’ve worked with in the past were always equity based, and made it more difficult both psychologically and physically to pass the account, but I still managed, and so comparing this one to the others I’ve worked with, personally it was much easier. The firms prices are immensely low which made me want to work with it in the first place, the customer support gets the job done every time but can be slow at other times due to the increasing number of people joining the firm. A small portion of people calling the firm a scam don’t read the rules about the processing of each eval, I see it’s something with every prop firm, people don’t read the rules, and blame the firm. My advice is to always read the rules carefully before working with ANY firm in this industry to ensure the highest probable passing rate. Truth be told however, there are scam firms out there in the industry, this however, isn’t one of them, as my experience with both the CEO and the firm was outstanding. Overall top 3 firms I’ve worked with in terms of experience, support, the rules, on time payouts, and especially the price.
