Review Time
As a vegetarian, I gave GyG more than a fair go... but after ordering a "vegetarian" burrito and biting into meat not once, not twice, not thrice, but *four* times - I'm done. Nothing kills an appetite faster than playing mystery-meat roulette with your dinner.Could be worse, I read that a customer in Queensland found a battery in their food.
I wish there was a way to give a zero. I ordered Dinner for my family and it was over 20 minutes late and ice cold. When we contacted the restaurant we were hung up on by the manager multiple times. I reached Out to online support who took a month to respond saying they’d give me a few dollars for an extra visit. For food that we didn’t eat because it was inedible. For a team that is non responsive at best. This company is a joke. You’d be better off eating from a dumpster.

Firstly they claim to serve traditional Mexican. From what I have eaten there is nothing traditional about their food. Firstly, Nachos... No corn chips served with french fries. Sorry but that's loaded chips. I asked for spicy, well I would hate to taste mild because there was hardly any spice in spicy. The amount of sour cream I got with ordering extra tells me that the amount of sour cream normally would be negligible. All in all I rate this meal very low. Sadly I can't go below a 1. Tacos leave a lot to be desired as well. Dry little to no spice. I can make better at home so not worth spending money at GYG.
This time, I received the wrong order, again - with my drive through, take away order. As soon as I got home and unwrapped the food, I saw that it was not the right order. In the past, I’ve driven back to the store and complained and asked for it to be done correctly (after giving them back the wrong one). This time, I could not be bothered and simply threw it away! I will not be returning or purchasing from this place again - as the competence of the store is lacking, immensely.
