Review Time
THIS COMPANY SCREENS REVIEWS AND PUBLISH ONLY THE 4+ STARSI repeatedly submitted a 1 star review and it wouldn't publish, then the company reached out to discuss my complaint. They're curating their image to exclude the experiences of the majority. When a company is reviewed at 4+ stars, yet after years, their total number of reviews has barely increased, it could indicate they are receiving majority negative reviews that are being screened and not published. When I made my purchase 2 years ago, the site had 45 reviews, all 4+ stars, in 2025 they have 53. I don't believe that only 8 customers have reviewed their site in 2 years. My 1 star review reflected my experience, I purchased 2 Happy Skin Diamond IPL hair removal handsets, the company's most expensive, most recently released, and advanced product, yet neither handset worked. Two years later, not only does regrowth remain for both users, one user has burn marks covering a significant portion of their body, so they're now striped like a tiger. If you're online shopping and seeing reviews that are majority 4+ stars, yet the total number of reviews don't increase over time, please read between the lines because honest reviewers are likely being silenced.
If I could put 0 star I would. I have been ordering from happy skin for almost a year now, the cream is the only cream that works for my son. I paid 100£ for 4 creams for my son’s exzema. I only received 1 in the post - the package was not tampered with there was just 1 cream inside and happy skin will not refund me or send the other 3 which i am owed. I have called for 3 days straight asking for an update abs all they keep saying is there records fit with DPD so nothing can be done. DISGUSTING customer service, honestly never found people so unhelpful.
I've been using the HappySkin ICE IPL for about a year and a half now. It does take a few weeks for the patchy hair loss to start but once you finish all your sessions the hair really does stay away for months at a time. I specifically bought this for my underarms and bikini and happily only have to do one touch up session every 2.5-3 months. Depending on how bothered I am. Even then, it's only a few pesky hairs creeping back in so it's not even a big deal. Overall, I would say I really enjoy the product and would recommend (as long as your skin/hair type is suitable of course)
Happyskin customer service has been very helpful , and at most professional . My handset stop flashing after several days , they ask for a video which I was able to send to them . Customer service agent did reply back to me , Fortunately, my IPL handset is under warranty for a year , I am happy to say that Happyskin is honoring my warranty for a replacement , due to my unit being defective.3 stars for friendly prompt customer service to help resolve my concern.
I agree with previous review, I’m in the uk company is apparently in Australia said £7.99 post and package which was fine, dhl said I had to pay £40 for import taxes before I could have my item, when I finally got my item I followed the instructions to the letter, after 10 weeks using it there is no difference in hair growth or thickness, I’m light haired, pale skin so the ideal candidate but nope no difference and it used it in a few different areas, as previous reviews it’s painful an burns, I tried to send it back and get a refund the company totally refused, total waste of my time and money
I got IPL burns on my arms and thighs. They remove negative comments from fb pages so you will only get to see good ones which most probably are paid reviews. Please do not buy.The screen got this black dots very first time after like 10 flashes and they said its bacteria build up.Overall very unhappy with the buy.
