Terrible Rates. We accepted their offer of the "Premium Product" in order to build business credit, but that "premium product" has over 50% APR AND has a draw fee. You do not speak with anyone there after the sales pitch, so I cant give them points on that, but they do fund quickly. Depending on your cash flow and desperateness, you may which to look elsewhere.
We have no other option but to use the current line of credit. Unfortunately, the terms and conditions do not adjust based on improvements to our business credit. To secure more favorable terms, we would need to cancel the existing line of credit and apply for a new one. The interest rates on this line are extremely high.
The loan part was fine. I knew i was paying an UBER high rate, but it was short term & an easy application process. But after I paid everything back - they have had 3 months to send me my refund & they have not sent the refund from my payoff when i added an extra day-two "just in case." When I call they have various excuses. At the end of the day - 3 months? And counting? Sure seems like they have very little ethics.
