Review Time
The website is convoluted and the customer service is non existent. They will keep auto renewing your account and charging you and there is no way to see your credit card information on you profile or account page. Then you just have to go around and around with a chat that keeps sending you the No Refunds policy. RocketLaw is much better.
This company (Keycheck) is owned by furnished finder Unfortunately no option for zero stars, SCAM ALERT!!! I didn't agree to terms and conditions. They charged my card, I asked for a refund as I never used the service, no home listing completed, junk people and worse software. They hold firm that there are NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS EVER! The low lifes that work at the "company" and the owners that think that this is a good business model need to rethink some things in their lives. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Im a new Keycheck User as it was recommended by Furnished Finder. This platform is very antiquated and charges exorbitant fees. As a landlord i have to wait up to 7 days to receive my payout? This is not 1980 its 2025, this is not a check deposit, this is digital payments. Why does the verification process take this long? The customer service agents says its there process to mitigate risk. Is this company really based in the US. I cant recall the last time i had to wait 7 days for a payment to process unless it was a check deposit. There are other more efficient and effective platforms to use with a faster turn-around time. Im highly disappointed that Furnished Finders is endorsing and partnering with this company.
Request for Refund – Misleading Service and Unusable Lease AgreementI signed up for a membership on your platform based on the advertised promise of access to short- and mid-term lease agreements. "Key Check" was recommended through the platform, but there was no trial period, preview, or sample lease available before committing to a paid membership.Within five minutes of signing up and reviewing the lease, it became clear that this was not a short- or mid-term lease, but rather a traditional long-term lease. For example, the lease requires tenants to put utilities in their own names—something that is not standard or feasible for short- or mid-term rental arrangements.I immediately canceled my subscription and requested a refund, as the service did not meet the advertised or expected criteria. My initial request was denied. I then asked to speak to a manager. Nearly a week later, I received a call from a manager who acknowledged that the lease offered was not aligned with typical short-/mid-term leases, yet still refused to issue a refund.I did not receive the product I paid for, and the service was unusable for my intended—and advertised—purpose. I respectfully request a full refund.
