Purchased an Inovis A50 needle threader…

Purchased an Inovis A50 needle threader replacement online. Once it arrived I followed the video they have which is very handy, was having difficulty so telephoned. Spoke to someone who quickly resolved the problem and I now have an automatic needle threader working again. Price was great, delivered on time. Thank you so much for your patience I will be using your shop again.

Fabulous customer service

Just wanted to say a big thank you

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the brilliant staff at Lords Sewing and thank them so much for sorting out my embroidery machine. I highly recommend any one using a Brother Machine and in need of a service or help with any problem to get in touch they are so friendly and helpful.I have had problem for some time using the larger hoops on my Brother V7. No matter what design or fabric, no mater what stabilisers or wash away I used I just couldn’t stitch out a full pattern all the way through. This only happened using the two larger hoops the small hoops were fine.The only way to explain it was as though my machine hoop was bumping into something and the stitches just went off the pattern but it definitely wasn’t bumping into anything.I had a chat with staff and they suggested I send in a video of what was happening. I did this and after seeing the video they asked me to sent the embroidery carriage to them.Within a few days I had a lovely phone call to tell me they have sorted and replaced a part and it’s now stitching 100%. I was amazed and couldn’t believe it after all this time it’s like have a new embroidery machine.Thank you again

Excellent service

I took in my Brother machine this morning fearing the worst since a horrible jammed and broken needle incident. It was evaluated, tested and fixed in about 20 minutes. And no charge! Outstanding.

Without a doubt best company I have dealt with. Lords' team are wonderful. Delivery within 48 hours maximum. Very helpful service, owns your problem and will try their utmost to sort it - no problem is too difficult for them. Just brilliant and wouldn't go past them for orders.

What an incredible company! The service and customer service here is some of the best I’ve ever received 🤍 I’d researched a machine but still had a few questions, Kirsty was fantastic - very knowledgable, helpful and honest. She listened to me and understood my what I needed, all of my queries were answered quickly and nothing seemed like too much trouble I ended up purchasing a machine & accessories, delivery was prompt and I was kept informed of the progress. Even afterwards I rang for some advice (user error!) and again Kirsty was brilliant. I cannot recommend this company enough, do not hesitate to buy from them! 😍
