The food quality.at Masala Zone had improved a lot compared to my first visit a couple of months ago. The dishes arw now far beyond from it was used to be. The same goes with their staff, they served quickly, politely and with a smile. I find the atmosphere now more welcoming from before. Thank you for listening to feedbacks.
Masala Zone offers a lively and enjoyable Indian dining experience, blending contemporary décor with a broad menu of regional dishes—from thalis and street-food inspired small plates to rich curries and grills.
You expect a whole lot more refinement for the money charged. We ordered a mixed grill platter, amongst other dishes, that was an absolute embarrassment! The service was quick and the staff friendly, but don't expect quality food or value for money.
Disappointing Experience at Masala Zone – Poor Customer ServiceDO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDI’m writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to Masala Zone, which my husband had booked as a birthday treat for me. We had reserved the High Chai experience and brought along our 4-year-old son. While there was a children’s menu available, our son simply wanted a cheese sandwich without chutney (as it’s normally served with chutney). We politely requested this, but were told by the first waitress that it was already prepared and the chef couldn’t make any adjustments. A second waitress then came over and confirmed the same.I then asked whether they had bread and cheese available separately, and was told yes. So I asked if it would be possible to simply put those together as a plain cheese sandwich. I even offered to pay extra for it. Still, the request was refused.I find it extremely disappointing that such a basic and reasonable request – especially for a young child – was met with such inflexibility. This wasn’t an off-menu or complicated order; it was a very minor adjustment. The lack of willingness to accommodate a small child’s dietary preference, particularly during a special occasion, left a very poor impression of your customer service.I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that your staff are encouraged to show a little more empathy and flexibility in the future.
I wish i could give zero.Went there with my wife and my 1 year old baby, the receptionist first requested us to wait till she was done with other guest and later asked me to keep the push chair near the reception as they will provide me a high chair, so once i folded the push chair, and kept it at the reception, she then tells me to take the push chair to my table as she cant keep it there now, i was surprised with their clueless attitude towards prople with push chair, just a beautiful interiors can’t get you mannerism and courtesy towards guests. When asked to unfold the pushchair again, i said i have had it enough. The receptionist lady was very rude and least bothered. No courtesy, no manners no empathy.
The restaurant is a class in show. However, people go to restaurent to feed themselves. The prices are high and the portions are tiny, never seen in any other restaurents. Therefore, for me, as one person it eat and drink there reasonably would cost me about£100, which is not worthed.
Small menu - non of the favorites - food batch cooked - not able to customise requests - also over priced - even charged for yogurt because the korma was too hot!!Would not recommend this overpriced restaurant - poor value for money. Typical value from franchised chain with mediocre value for money.
