Friendly staff

Friendly staff. Weekly follow up messages when the issue takes longer than expected. Not so positive would be sometimes agents don't fully listen to the problem before creating the ticket. Our staff always tries to resolve issues before we call, so if we are calling, know we have tried to resolve first.
