I’ve been using Munchery since the beginning of 2014. I love their selections of healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner items. It’s allowed us to eat healthy if we can’t make it to the store due to or busy schedules.
Honestly, I am so grateful that Munchery exists! The food is consistently delicious! I have neither the time nor the interest in cooking and I got tired of the same offerings at our local prepared food gourmet counter (which is also getting pricey!) So I tried Munchery. There is always something that appeals to me on the menu. The fish is always perfectly cooked, in my opinion. Last night I ordered chicken tajine which was absolutely a hit with my four guests! So when I'm having people over, I order from them and have rarely been disappointed. And it always appears on time!
We usually are very satisfied with Muncery, but our last order (2 meals) 1 meal was missing. Also the drivers continually have their hand out or wait for a tip. I pay that tip on line when I order meals. When I called Muncery about the missing meal, I suggested that the drivers be given a receipt showing they received the gratuity from the customer because I didn’t want the driver to think we are cheap & the drivers deserved to know. Perhaps, we will pay the tip in person, but it is easier to add it on line especially if we don’t have any change!!! Like I said we are usually very satisfied with the meals from Munchery - usually the food is delishious!
