Ordered 2 tires From National and tracking indicated a shipping label was created but there was no movement after a few days. I called and an actual customer service representative answered and reaffirmed they were on the loading dock ready for shipment. They actually called back to provide more shipping info. There was no indication on the site indicating “in stock” item. The items arrived by the end of the week and everything worked out perfectly! The price was great the shipping was reasonable and the Customer service was excellent! Thank you
I was so amazed at how fast they shipped my tires to me. I ordered them on a Friday late morning and they were delivered the next day in the morning!! I figured because they were a set of 40x13.50r17 they would take a week to get. Nope 24 hours later they on my door step! They were exactly what I ordered. My first time buying anything from here but I can tell you I'll definitely be buying more for sure!!!
Product was just as described. Very happy with them right now. Definitely would purchase them again. Shipping was fast. Fedex is really letting ntw down. Their service is terrible. I had a very hard time getting my tires from them. 3 plus hours of talking to customer service to get nothing.
