I bought multiple bags of different flavors on Amazon Prime day. Sadly my dogs are picky eaters and will not touch it. I opened a bag of beef and a bag of chicken - not realizing that Amazon doesn't allow dog food returns. So I contacted Pawstruck customer service, and sent them my amazon order info. And YAY!! they refunded my entire amount and asked that I donate the food locally rather than send it back to them. Awesome customer service. The food style is air-dried kernels that are crunchy ... my dogs like to pick up pieces of food and drop them before eating -- so this style seemed perfect. The ingredients are amazing, just apparently the smell doesn't work for my dogs.
