Totally incompetent company . Website under maintenance since mid January which also means that they are unable to email to advise your pet is registered in writing . They are unable to advise when the website will be back up and running . I'm not sure how a company think that's acceptable .
I have been attempting to change the email address linked to my account for over a year. I can't transfer my pets' details to my new email due to an issue with my middle name on the new account, even though all other information matches, including date of birth, first and last name, and address. I have contacted the support team multiple times via email in recent months to resolve this, as I refuse to pay for premium service over such a trivial matter. In my last message, I expressed my frustration and reiterated the situation, yet the support team has completely ignored my inquiries. I previously paid for premium service with my old email when I first registered my pets, but now I'm unable to perform such a simple task as updating my email address. Thank you, support team, for your outstanding service.
I was initially frustrated with my first call since the representative had difficulty understanding my needs. However, I called back and was fortunate to speak with a fantastic representative who guided me through the process smoothly. It was a pleasure to work with her, and she truly deserves recognition for her excellent service!
I had an extremely disappointing experience. A representative claimed my dog wasn’t registered in their system and insisted it must be registered elsewhere. Even after providing my dog's microchip number, she refused to acknowledge it. When I requested an apology after proving her wrong, she ignored me. This reflects poorly on the company, and the overall experience was unsatisfactory due to her negligence.
I faced challenges trying to report my pet's passing... Signing up for an account didn’t send a verification message, preventing me from completing the process. The website was slow and cluttered with issues. There were no contact times for web chat, and no direct email available. I’m confused about why I need to pay to update my details after already paying an initial fee. Storing basic data should be free, yet I can’t update my pet's information. I’m left wondering if my records are even safe.
I needed to update my rescue dog's details to reflect my name and address. The representative was kind and polite, making the process very smooth. I now feel reassured knowing that if my dog goes missing, he will be traced back to me. Such peace of mind, and a lovely company to deal with.
I had a terrible experience. After emailing a query in March 2024 about accessing my pet’s details, I received no response. I then called and was told I needed to pay to make updates. After paying, I received confirmation stating I could update my details, but when I logged in later, no pets were registered to my account! The website was difficult to navigate, and I received an email response stating the contact email was not in use. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and a waste of money.
