Easy ordering. Quick response. Fast delivery in well packed box and a lift gate truck. Not my first heat pump through them. I bought another one that lasted 11 seasons. This one is moth balled for the winter but provided heat in Ohio until mid October when we shut the pool down.
Dealing with pool heat pumps was excellent.I purchased a gulfstream pump, for whatever reason it was tripping the breaker, i was told by Gulfstream that it is a common issue and to replace the breaker with non GFCI. That was the only issue i had but with the heatpump.
