I recently bought an Amana PTH153J35AXXX PTAC from Total Home Supply. I talked to Melinda, she was helpful, polite, and professional. The price was fair I received the equipment quickly and the delivery truck had a no-charge liftgate, others charge an additional $50.00 for the liftgate. As for the PTAC, I replaced an old Amana, the new unit is quieter than the old unit, the air is warmer, and a wireless thermostat is provided. It shows using a smartphone to operate the unit, but that's for service techs.
The purchase process was speedy and professionally done. However, the shipping process was a nightmare. T-force transport took almost too weeks for partial delivery. The item was idle in Dallas TX for too long awaiting transport. Then it was sent to Wichita falls were I end up going to pick it up because is was going to be several days for them to bring the item to Cache, OK. Not a good shipping experience!
