I ordered two of their Magic licensed shirts. My EDH white shirt fits well enough. However, my black one, “it’s not about the cards you’d dealt,” is so ill-fitted it might as well be a turtle neck and already has becoming. I hoped based on the price the fabric would be nicer. I love the designs but whoever is supplying their shirts to print on should be dropped.
MAYBE a 2 star. I love the art and designs BUT they use the cheapest, crappiest t-shirts imaginable. They are ill fitting and feel like sand paper. Sooo disappointing. I hope they come to their senses and use a softer, more modern fit shirt. They charge $35 a shirt they can sure pay for some better quality material.
I first found Wizard of Barge on Instagram through a sponsored ad, and followed the account for a while for it's unique and wonky fantasy art style, with some relatable and positive messaging in it's original memes. My first product was the Three Coffees No Lunch Tee which actually was a gift to me from a friend. The shirt is excellent quality even after a number of washes without any fading. I wear it for game days at my local FLGS and frequently get compliments on it as I am know to chug coffee by the gallon. My second product was one I coveted for a while and which was out of stock for a long time, but I set a reminder on the store to notify me when it was available, and I grabbed it as soon as it restocked. This was the corduroy Full of Bad Ideas hat, which arrived much faster than I anticipated after the order, and I also love it it's quality and art.I wanted to drop a word of warning for anyone shopping for Wizard of Barge goods, this brand has it's art FREQUENTLY stolen and re-used on shitty Etsy shops who sell subpar goods. From a buncha 1 star reviews I can tell people are probably buying knockoffs and tbh have only themselves to blame. Like seriously do your research people and stop supporting art thieves and buy from the source artist, and give small businesses some grace and breathing room to make things right before going on a review rampage if your item gets lost or stolen.Alright peace out, chill out a little, and support your friendly local artist and f*k the art thieves.
So I ordered a bunch of stuff from the Wizard Of Barge, an order that included two of the same size of a long-sleeve tee shirt. In the chaos that is packing up orders, a troublesome fairy stole one of the shirts from the package before it could arrive at my humble castle. This was an absolute tragedy as this was intended to be a gift for my finest maiden so we could match outfits in the royal garden. Upon hearing of my troublesome woes, the Great Wizard of Barge commanded a goblin wizard to deliver me my shirt with such haste. He even offered me a small token of understanding and even taught me how to change my farmhands into toads. 10/10 experience, would recommend to a fellow druid.
There are things I wish theyd improve on but overall There is some cool works of art. Some PROs: Sizing is pretty true. No worrying about those random Chinese sizes... You are supporting the original artist ( at least I hope) I purchased 3 different long sleeve shirts and have 2 Short sleeve ones. I think the WotC Branded ones may have a better quality fabric but I'm a small batch test and I couldn't tell you for certain. If the WotC branded stuff is the newest it could suggest a better Quality fabric is becoming their standard. I wish There was a place to leave reviews on site. I also would like many of the prints that are no longer available or only availble in small.
This was a horrible experience that I believe could have easily been avoided by WoB. I purchased a water bottle and a shirt through Shopify from WoB. The items were delivered to the wrong mailbox by USPS. WoB suggested I file a dispute with USPS, which I did, and USPS verified that the package was insured by “the sender” and that the package was unable to be found. Upon following up with WoB, they told me that despite the package being insured they would not replace the items purchased or issue a refund. Instead they offered me a 50% discount on my next purchase. Their idea of making this right is inviting me to spend more money. Absolutely ridiculous and horribly selfish behavior. This company does terrible business and should be avoided at all costs. They do not care about their customers.
Can I tell you something? I get compliments on my Goblin camo hat every time I wear it. How easy it makes it to advertise that I’m trollish!?! Goblin-esque? I love the art, and I love the Tees, and I really like the sweetness in the message. Big Fan.
