I really appreciated that this was my very first tactical vest purchase and I also purchased armor for my vest so I wanted to be sure about what I needed. RTS answered all of my questions and guided me every step of the way. I'm very happy with my purchase especially because they made sure I did it right the first time. I will absolutely buy from them again. Painless and a great value for what you get.
I watched several video reviews of your product and the competition before finally settling with RTS. Hopefully I will never have to use this ever, but if I do I feel like I made the correct choice. Your website is easy to find available products. I orders something that was in stock according to your website, there was a little bit of a delay in the shipping of the Carrier and plates. I ordered a mag holder a couple days later and it almost arrived before my original order. Not a deal breaker....... Would recommend to anyone that ask me I would have to tell them about the delay I experienced.
