I have bought quite a few eyeshadow & blusher pallets, along with highlighters. The quality is amazing, they make my face look beautiful. I have been buying Revolution products for years, beautiful products.
I purchased several items for Christmas, drawn in by the vegan and cruelty-free features. I was genuinely impressed when they arrived; they exceeded my expectations, and I regretted not getting some for myself as well. The sets offered fantastic value, and the brushes were beautiful. I also received wonderful complimentary items. I'm really fond of this brand and will certainly be making more purchases. The shipping times were excellent too.
I reached out to the support team regarding my missing parcel. It took them three days to respond. The service indicated the package is with the courier and under inspection, while the courier claims it was delivered without a signature, which feels unsafe. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my package that I was eagerly anticipating for Christmas… this has not been a good experience, to be honest.
I'm very frustrated. I paid extra for next-day delivery to ensure my order arrived today, but it hasn't. It's not even out for delivery, meaning it won't arrive until next week. I'm tired of paying extra for delivery services that don't deliver. Also, there's no one to contact until Monday, so I'm left waiting all weekend. Additionally, my items qualified for a free beauty gift over a certain spend, but it's not showing on my order or confirmation email. I'm even more annoyed as I added items specifically for this offer.
The products are of great quality, but the delivery is very slow. After seven days, it's still in England, even though the shipment needs to reach the Netherlands. I've received parcels from China and America already, but the country next door is still delayed after a week. That's why they receive three stars.
