Review Time
Order placed - delivery returned to Stila by courier after attempting delivery once, emailed them multiple times over several weeks - zero response, order still not received, no way to get my money back or order it seems!! Absolutely the worst customer service ever - do not buy from stila!!
Their customer service is horrific. I accidentally placed an order with an incorrect mailing address. I noticed it right after I placed it and tried to reach out to the company. You cannot get a live person on the phone nor do they respond to emails in a timely fashion. It has been 3 days since I emailed them IMMEDIATELY about the error and no one has reached out to me. I will never order from them again.
The colours they have are lovely but the products last for only a few uses which given they are extremely expensive makes them a total rip off. Because I saw a colour I really liked I decided - against my better judgement - to give them another go but their UK website has a glitch and I can't purchase so after 4 days of endlessly messaging customer service I have given up. Not sure what is going on but they are a shambles and their products - while lovely - are ludicrously over priced. Will go elsewhere.
11/06/23,,such a poor pathetic company.send me poor quality lipgloss,unopened,not sealed.colour is totaly different from describtion.i send them proof,now they askinf me to send it back on my own expenses.even i paid already next day service charges but order came late.such a cheater they are.
