Justin and his community have opened up so many opportunities for me. Having gone from knowing absolutely nothing about real estate investing, to being able to leave a high paying W2 in just over a 1.5 years. I highly recommend The Science of Flipping if you are truly wanting to get into real estate. I have learned so much in such a short amount of time. I know I'll be part of The Science of Flipping group for a very long time. Not only is the education and personal help (by Justin Colby and so many other coaches) extremely vital to helping me grow my business, the value of the network is the most amazing benefit. I'm now partnering in several areas with others in the group .... that's a benefit I wasn't expecting when I first enrolled, though because we get to know each other on calls and in-person meetings, we find others who we want and like to do business with. This is SUCH a valuable group and opportunity to grow my real estate investing business.
My husband and I are apart of Justin's mentorship program - we are actively receiving invaluable information and wouldn't be able to obtain this anywhere else. This group is sharpening our skills within real estate and Justin actually cares about our overall success!
I paid $20k for "Dynamic Method Coaching" that was supposed to include weekly one on one calls with Justin for 6 months. I didn't receive everything that was outlined in the agreement. I had maybe 6 calls with Justin. I didn't make any money while in the program. I deeply regret my decision and payment to The Science of Flipping.
I spoke with Justin Colby and signed up for the Science Of Flipping program In July 2023. I paid the deposit and I have not downloaded or opened anything on the program other than the introductory video. I decided this program was not for me after further reviewing Justin Colby's content/ podcasts/ social media etc. He would not allow me to cancel even though I have recently signed up, not opened or used it, have not done an onboarding call or downloaded any content. We just spoke on the phone and he has decided to keep the money and referenced the legal contract as the reasoning behind it not refunding me.
