Ridiculous Valuation

I had a valuation on my number plate done by another company which came in at £1250. Thought I would see what we buy any number plate would offer. They offered me £100, which included the £80 transfer fee. So basically saying my plate was worth £20. No way to contact to them to ask how they came up with their valuation and no reply via email.
