Says loan approved, displays terms, signature, etc. Never asks for account info to bill or send the funds to. Payment is due, don't know where the money is/or went??

Horrible they had the wrong address in…

Horrible they had the wrong address in after the correct one was keyed in..an automatic bank account information that had no knowledge of or ever dealt with. The loan had to voided!

The application process was mostly seamless

The application process was seamless. One thing that was confusing happened when I got to the finalization tab of the application. It was on a Sunday and it said an email would be sent to me with more information on how to proceed. I never got an email with this information. Instead, I received a few emails saying to go in and finish the application but I could not because it would just take me to the page saying to wait for an email. However, on Monday morning, I was able to simply log in and finalize the loan which was timely and reassuring. Overall, this issue was just a small thing and I enjoyed the online process. Thank you.
