Honestly, I feel that for returning customers, there needs to be a more streamlined process to refinancing a loan. This isn’t something I wanted to do, however the situation being what it is, I had to. I didn’t have the time to go through what it took to complete the application this afternoon, I had to stop and keep coming back to it, as such the loan as small as it is, still will not hit the bank account until tomorrow and there will be another late fee, and i am in debt as it is because of my mothers medical bills. So no, I feel three stars is more than fair at this point.
