No follow up emails

No follow up emails. Seems like a scam with no information given on loan deposit timing. The site has nothing on it that's useful. No idea where my money is or if this is legit atm.

Staff knew their stuff

Though staff were courtesy and helpful, it was difficult for me to understand some of the people - simply because of their accent. However, I got through that! I did have to make four calls to your firm to get assistance. Some parts of the application were abit confusing - meaning that additional instructions within the application would have been helpful and saved me time. Otherwise, thanks to all for your assistance. M. Price
