FEDEX did not deliver the package as expected, and the package seemed to be lost or significantly delayed at a FEDEX location. When I reached out to XenonPro to resolve the issue, they verified the package was lost/delayed and immediatly expedited a new replacement shipment without any additional charges.
In short, I have been a customer for many years on various other vehicles mostly LED and some HID. I purchased HID headlights for my 2017 honesty and haven’t had nothing but problems with the wiring lights will intermittently come on and off and that’s tough for my wife coming home at night and the headlights are not working. That being said I reached out because you show a lifetime warranty, but it’s truly not unless you pay $40 in shipping to get another kit coming and who’s to say that kit will work and if it doesn’t, I’ll have to pay 40 more dollars to get another kit very dissatisfied I will not purchase again should’ve read the fine print that was hidden about cost of replacement
This company is trying to scam me. They say they have a bulb that fits my car but when it still flickers they say it is a problem with my vehicle and want to charge me to return the bulbs. They said they can send me a replacement kit but if that kit doesn't work, the blame is still on me and I will be charged a return. This is not right.
I bought the H11 6000k HID kit for my 2012 Traverse when I was putting new black headlamps in. I have always hated the dull yellow look of the halogen bulbs. The kit is great! great color and projection. After 5 months in the vehicle, one would occasionally not light up. Usually turning the vehicle off and back on would fire up the light. About 5 times over 3 weeks. Then the bulb went completely out. No matter what I did it wouldn't light up. They are sending out a new kit under the warranty right away. Very happy with the HID's and this company. Very much recommend!
