Worst E-Mail provider available. Accounts get locked and deleted left and right. 5 of my 6 E-Mail Accoutns with them got locked with no way of getting them back. Their support site is a joke that runs you in a circle and offers no help. The other option is a phone number that does not exist. There is no warning or anything the account just gets locked like that. No information why and how to avoid it. No way to get it back, everything connected to that mail...lost. Its terribly frustrating. I strongly reccomend using a different E-Mail provider and not yahoo mail

What an earth are these categories supposed to be? I don't need you to file my inbox. And as for navigating my way around a lengthy two-way conversation, it's a mess. I loathe what you've done to Yahoo Mail but worse that, I worry that one day I'll miss a very important message.

Extremely Disappointed with the New Paid Features

The service was already lacking, and now with the introduction of the new paid option, I wish I could rate it lower than 1 star. What used to be standard has now become a paid feature? This is pure greed. The person who thought of this should be let go because I can't imagine how many users you'll drive away. Keep up the poor performance.

Frustrating Email Issues Persist

As a server administrator with over 15 years of experience, I've consistently sent emails from my server to various accounts without issue—until recently. Now, attempts to send emails to my Yahoo account result in a bounce-back with error code 451. Conversely, when sending from Yahoo, it indicates that my server email does not exist, despite it being active. I've tested other domain emails and encountered no problems. It seems there have been significant disruptions, particularly around late December 2025. I strongly advise against using their services.

The AI moderation system is frustrating.

The AI moderation system is incredibly frustrating. No matter what I try to post, it gets rejected, and my appeals are also turned down. There seems to be no logic behind the community guidelines. It feels like you can be unfairly blacklisted, leading to censorship of your content. Meanwhile, many posts that are derogatory and filled with misinformation manage to get approved.

If I could, I'd rate zero stars

If I could, I would rate zero stars. I’m locked out of my email account and expecting an important message. The sign-in process leads me to a verification screen, but no code is sent to my linked phone. There’s no help available; the chat box just loops through unhelpful guides. Completely useless. I ended up here by default after a previous service was absorbed, and it’s only gotten worse.
