Not helpful, let a pregnant women wait for hours for food after papa John’s pizza sent me pizza that was impossible to eat. And they don’t speak English?? What kind of a customer service does not speak English?? Only French?? And instead of getting me new food or even my money back they just kept calling wanting us to explain again and again what the problem was even though I wrote it to them and sent photos on what’s app, and they actually wrote back we will call you back later???? Later???? When I spent money and can’t eat and I’m pregnant they tell me we will call later???? Worst customer service I have tried in my life!!!! And I have traveled to 24 countries and 34 states in the US never had such bad service! And in every other country they speak ENGLISH!!!!!!!! And loads of people do so in Tunisia so find better workers than only French speaking people!!
I ordered dinner for my wife and kids in Algiers and were left without any answer or excuse. we called their customer service but they were very rude to me. we called the restaurant owner and he was shocked that the scooter driver didn't show up on time. luckily the owner sent us 2 pizzas for free and he was more professional than yassir's customer guy.
