Review Time
I was waiting for my item from September 2025. The delivery date was end of february 2026. Never delivered. I need to open dispute on paypal otherwise i would probbably stay without item any money. Money was refunded. But this was defently last time buying from Motea. This dropship system looks does not work as it should. Would be better to close this website.
Good stock and good prices but the site is a mess......
Same product there for "every" bike type. Which creats a mess and hard to find the things you need as you only see the same thing 100 times again and again. And more subcategory is needed. And more detailed info for the products. For example the backpack I ordered is just a bag nothing more. Just one big hole and no internal deviders. But all the photos are from outside. Which goes to the point taht I bought something that is totally usless for me. god price, good material, good features but its usless for what I wanted to use....

Delivery of good was difficult.
Package arrive in Romania and, after carrier answer, my complet adress and contact phone number doesn t exist anymore.
I send 3 emails and i was at Cargus currier logistic hub twice. Finnaly yesterday i receive goods with carton box easy damaged but with inside box in good shape. The product ordered have good quality and is fitted on my bike very well.
The bike part arrived promptly from the company; however, the bike wheel chock isn't suitable for larger bikes. The metal piece is too small and weak, despite being advertised for a specific model. I plan to return it tomorrow.
This product is excellent, but the screws are larger than expected. I replaced them with others that fit well, and the product holds securely. I'm uncertain if it was designed to go through the license plate, as that might render it illegal in my country.
I'll start with the positives: the materials and installation were top-notch, and initially, I thought I got a good deal. However, the delivery took an unbelievable 3.5 months. To make matters worse, I incurred an import fee from the shipping company shortly after receiving the items, which greatly increased the overall cost compared to buying locally. I've learned my lesson! If you're outside Europe, it might not be worth the wait.
