First and foremost he connects on a human level and genuinely wants to help you, even with the menial questions that we had when we were first time buyers. He is always considering your personal needs in the process and it doesn't feel pressured to go in a particular direction. He has been very flexible with his time for us, organising calls for evenings and always being on hand over email or on the phone to answer any questions we have.
