I am extremely dissatisfied with the recent service I experienced. There was a significant delay in responding to my requests for pre-approval, and phone calls went unanswered. The changes to the policy along with the substantial increases in premiums only added to my frustration. I strongly advise against trusting your health with this service.

High Premiums and Unjust Price Hikes – Steer Clear

I had a health insurance policy with the company, and the premiums became exorbitant. In December 2025, a similar policy from another provider was $100/month, while mine jumped to $165/fortnight — nearly triple. The annual increases feel exploitative, and the overall value is lacking. I highly suggest comparing other insurers before choosing this one.

Caution: No gap services are misleading...

I was persuaded by an external company to switch providers after years of satisfaction with a different service. I was assured I could pause my plan in January 2025 since I wouldn't be working. Later, I learned I needed to be a client for 12 months to do this (just 2 months short). After downgrading my plan, I was informed about a no gap dental service, only to find a gap fee when I visited a new dentist. As a health professional, I find this misleading. I’ve called for resolution and now face a 5-day wait for an outcome.

This is the worst health insurance provider in Australia. They offer no assistance and put unhelpful staff on the phone who don’t know how to assist their clients. Absolutely terrible!

This is the worst health insurance company I have ever encountered. Their response times to basic inquiries are incredibly slow, and they show no care for their customers. The customer service is laughable, and they impose over 28% price increases annually. Avoid them at all costs!

Deceptive Information

If the website claims there will be no gap fees at certain clinics or mentions specific doctors, do not trust it; it’s misleading. I relied on the information provided online and visited a general practitioner, only to be handed an invoice. When I submitted a claim, the reimbursement was far less than what I spent. The website information appears designed to attract customers. Do not rely on it.

Unacceptable service, unresponsive support

The service is unacceptable; they won't answer calls. I waited over an hour on the phone without a response. They continued to withdraw money after I cancelled my debit and refused to refund it. I filed a small claim, but they denied it. It's shocking to see their profits while offering no support.
