I had been planning this trip for months and rearranged my schedule, only for everything to collapse due to flight changes. The worst part wasn't just the airline issues; it was the total absence of customer support. When I needed help, there was none. No real effort was made to assist me, and I was left to deal with the consequences alone. My trip was canceled, resulting in a loss of money with no accountability from the service. While I understand travel disruptions can happen, how a company supports its customers during such times is crucial. Unfortunately, this service failed to show up. This was a deeply disappointing experience, and based on how it was managed, I won't use their services again. I strongly advise anyone considering booking to think carefully and be ready to advocate for themselves if things go awry.
