Review Time
SCAM! Do not listen to the good reviews like I did , iv been trying for over a week to get my winnings but have finally given up on getting my money. After rejecting over 10 withdrawal attempts saying transaction errors, I need to verify things (I did prior to playing any games) Making me open virtual mastercards etc I have spoken to customer services who clearly have no intention of paying any winnings. Seriously do not trust Yetiwin casino! Iv been jumping through hoops for over a week , sending different id to prove who I am they just come up with other excuses as to why they won’t pay out!
I would have given them 5 stars, but I take a star off because they only allow 1 withdrawal at a time, which is the only fault I can find with this casino. I love this casino, I win some, and I lose some, it is gambling after all. I feel safe here.

I have used many casino sites over the years, but never have I encountered so many problems as I had in the few short weeks I used Yeti Casino. Generally all went well - until I wanted to withdraw funds. Before this, the only minor issue was the site occasionally freezing up meaning I would need to refresh to access and navigate the site again. But otherwise, depositing is easy & the variety of games is good. Bonuses & cashback schemes are available too, which I didn’t get chance to use but they looked tempting.Sadly, my positive impression changed after I tried to withdraw my winnings. A verification process is required upon withdrawal & I was asked for several documents to prove my identity including utility bills, photo ID & a selfie. The process was relatively fast & my status quickly went from not verified to verified in a short period, but I feel this should be completed up front, not just when a withdrawal is requested. It was an unnecessary worry. What if the documents are not sufficient- Will I forfit my win? Will I lose my money? Why is it these places dont want to “know their customer” while youre depositing funds, but will not allow you to withdraw what you legitimately won until you’ve jumped through several hoops? They'll TAKE money from an unknown customer, but wont pay out to that same customer without a huge interrogation. Seems like double standards to me.Anyway, luckily I was verified & I requested a withdrawal, however my pending transaction was exactly that, “pending” for a few days, until it simply reversed & bounced back into my balance. During this time I’d continued playing, depositing another significant sum, & luckily managing to win it back. I attempted to withdraw again. Nothing. Pending, then reversed. I did not receive any communication from the team about this & I eventually contacted the chat support. Within the space of a short ten minute online chat, I was passed between several support staff as they attempted to answer my questions. It seemed like no one really had the answers & I was passed from one to another in an attempt to find a reason as to why my withdrawal was cancelled. They said my bank was at fault, but rather than try again, I was asked to use the bank transfer feature via Trustly.I was also asked to provide bank statements in order to use that method. I was annoyed that I was being asked for even more info after just completing an in-depth verification procedure. This all felt very concerning to me; I’d never had problems at other casinos withdrawing via the same method using my bank card, infact it was actually in casino T&Cs (including Yeti) that the method of deposit is the only method that can be used for withdrawal. Further to this, when I tried to log in to my account I found it frozen & I was unable to access any games. Apparently this is to prevent customers spending their winnings after they’ve asked for withdrawals, but after my initial failed withdrawal, I still continued playing for some time, so it seemed unusual that I was suddenly blocked when I was requesting to withdraw a larger sum. Alarm bells rang.At this point I read reviews online about the casino, & sadly saw a lot of experiences exactly like mine. Excessive verification requirements & extra documents requested afterward. Problems receiving withdrawals & accounts being blocked when withdrawals requested. On top of this, I found that the lack of communication during this time was a huge problem. I was already feeling doubtful about the legitimacy of the site, but to have no updates or communication without initiating contact myself was worrying & frustrating to say the least. This entire experience has taught me the importance of trust when using these online casinos - they cover themselves in every way possible in the T&Cs, will take your money & allow you full access to all the games & bonuses- but then when a pay out is due, the process becomes very one sided. Legally they hold all the cards & the customer is left out of the loop feeling like they’ve just been scammed. Thankfully, I finally received my winnings, after a long week, several failed attempts, sending extra docs, having to use banking methods I was wary of & unfamiliar with, & contacting the support team numerous times. After voicing concerns about my poor experience on the site, Yeti were more supportive & updated me more often regarding progress of my case, but I can’t help but feel put off using this site in future, & probably other casino sites too. My trust is shaken & even tho it worked out in the end, it’s too risky with no real back-up if it all goes wrongI wanted to share this as I’m sure others have had similar issues. I was lucky this time but I might not be so lucky next time & hope others can learn from my experience to avoid being the one caught out by these casinos.
