I have never written a bad review about anything in my life but I am shocked by how I was treated. As advertised clearly in their registration, I made a deposit to qualify for the Welcome Bonus, which consists of 100% match plus 100 spins. However, I didn't receive the bonus and after chatting with customer support was told it was a technical issue and I would be emailed when it was resolved. Eventually I received an email saying I had been credited the bonus match but I didn't receive the free spins. So, I spoke with customer support again who informed me that in order to get the 'first deposit' free spins, I would have to make a SECOND deposit. I explained that it was very unfair I would have to pay for a mistake made by the casino and the support guy said he understood my point but still reiterated I couldn't get the promised free spins without making another deposit. I honestly felt like I was in cuckoo land trying to explain the absurdity of that logic. I'm pretty easy-going but that is very bad form on the part of a casino.

For some reason you can only withdraw one amount at a time, alot of people use withdrawing as an escape to avoid gambling to much, also on the roulette your win doesnt go to your balance so you keep having to refresh your page, which is so stupid. Missed out on loads of money all because theyre trying to keep you aslong as they possibly can. Ridiculous site would never use.

Played and you never win, asked to self exclude said I didn’t have an account when I clearly been depositing and playing, live chat was extremely rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot, they take advantage of those will a gambling issues by not letting them self exclude. Avoid at all costs
