Review Time
This company is a joke and thieves do not use them. They blocked my account for suspicious activity. Then ignored me for months. Their customer service is horrible and reply to you at a snails pace. Finally received an email told me they will not be releasing my funds and can't tell me why. My account has been disabled since April and the funds held disputes and after 180 days they told they can't release as they need to protect their network. They can't tell me why but need to safeguard against fraud and are within their legal rights too. I asked them how can I assist in their investigation and they ignore me. Told them I would go to the Financial ombudsman and they said go they have every right to hold the money indefinelty even though the 180 days chargeback period has passed. They will reply to this thread and say they have done nothing wrong but are literally stealing my money.
I haven’t received my card payments from this firm since the 18th December. Can’t get through to anyone and am shocked that this can actually happen. Surely there should be safeguards when companies steal your money. This is theft in my opinion. Very poor service which I presume will eat up my time going forward due to this firm being a Mickey Mouse operation.
I would never normally take a sales call but the way I was dealt with by Dom I couldn’t not hear him out. Can’t fault the service and set up from yetipay. He lives and breathes his job, nothing is ever to much to ask. He even called to check in after our devices were installed, it’s so refreshing to speak with somebody so knowledgeable and passionate about what he does and the payments are the fastest we’ve had. Hoping it stays as it’s started. Joe
