Buyer beware

Placed an order in March. Was notified that my order was being split into 2 shipments & that I receive an email with the details and shipping date for the second part of my order. Yet my card was charged for the entire purchase amount. We are now in May and I have yet to receive said email or merchandise. I have reached out customer service multiple times with no response. I have seen numerous customers complain of the same issue

Loved their pants until their cut…

Loved their pants until their cut changed and they sent faulty pieces. The company wouldn’t except a return and I was a repeat customer. NO longer!

Non-existent customer service

I placed an order of 5 items on 12/16/23. I received 2 pieces right away and then a third on 1/5/24, however it was something that I did not order. I have been reaching out via phone (never reached a live person, only a VM) and emailing a detailed description of my receipt and photos of the incorrect item I received constantly (only an automated response to my email, no acknowledgement of my issue or what’s being done about it). Here it is 1/15/24 and I still have the item I didn't order and never received or heard anything further about the 2 other pieces that were not shipped. I love the unique prints but unfortunately I would NOT recommend; the customer service is a joke.

Bad quality, bad policies

Waited for a specific item to be back in stock for a long time, I was so excited when it finally came back! Ordered it immediately. Shipping was pretty quick, but when it arrived the material turned out to be uncomfortable, thin, and incredibly cheap. Not to mention they looked nothing like the photo and were SO unflattering. To return the item, they try to pressure you into taking store credit multiple times and then CHARGE YOU a $5 restocking fee for the privilege of returning their poor quality items. At least they offer QR code based USPS returns. Shipping and automated return process is why I'm offering two stars to this business. Do not recommend!

Do not buy from them unless you are ok…

Do not buy from them unless you are ok with a company that in effect gives no refunds and treats customer service like something they don’t have to do. I’ve been trying to get a refund since JULY and it is NOVEMBER. Every you email (which is all you can do) their CS system starts a new thread, even if you replied to the previous one, and deletes the body of your email. So each time it’s a new customer request number. You’re expected to explain the whole thing again after which… no response and the process starts over. I’ve never bothered to leave a trust pilot review before but this truly sucks.

Nice prints, Not worth the hassle

Writing this review without having ever received my product. I ordered an outfit 20 days ago and still haven’t received anything. Every time I email them, they just keep saying “all products are hand sewn per order”. There’s no way they have that terrible of a business model. If they do, then state up front that ordering will take a very lengthy amount of time. I order their double rainbow set for Pride month (as they even advertised it!) and the month is about over. Their customer service is a joke with blank responses (or none at all) and no real help as to what’s happening with my order. If you stand for good things, back it up by being good people. Super disappointed with this entire experience and will spread the word.

Products returned - still no refund 15+ days later

Products returned and confirmed as such but still no refund after 2.5 weeks - can you scam? theft? They have their product AND my money now and, of course, there is no customer service phone number. Only an email address to submit a ticket. Did that - no response after 5 days. At this point, it doesn't matter that they actually sent me product in a timely fashion; what matters is that they are clearly not customer friendly and are only in it for the money no matter how they get it!
