Booked a flat in Chelmsford for work and the service was great! It was so easy to check in, the staff were extremely helpful and the flat itself was spotless. I booked with them directly instead of Airbnb and booking.com for a better rate.
My stay at Yoko Properties was seriously awesome! The rooms were super clean, way better than those chain hotels. Everything was on point from the moment I stepped in. The room was not just clean but also super cool, with modern stuff that made it feel like my vibe. Plus, the staff were total legends, always there to help out and make sure everything was perfect. The location was wicked too, easy to get around. Overall, Yoko Properties totally crushed it! If you want a sick stay that's way better than a regular hotel, Yoko is the way to go!
Rooms were extremely clean and modern. Perfect mid-term stay for us! The service we had was great as well, very quick at responding to our needs and the check-in process was smooth. Would highly recommend any contractors to use them, I would definitely be coming back!

I recently stayed at this property in a moment of crisis, and what I encountered was beyond disgusting. The state of the house was utterly deplorable and nothing like the misleading photos shown on the booking site. From the moment I stepped inside, I was met with filth. The entire property was riddled with grime, stains, and broken fixtures. Carpets were either heavily stained or, in some places, completely missing! There was dirt in every corner, creating an environment that felt unsanitary and unsafe.To add insult to injury, the price I paid was absurd for the squalor I endured. This property was nothing short of a health hazard, with a full wheelie bin left at the property upon my arrival, leaving me no space to dispose of my own trash. The back door was also nearly impossible to open and close due to a faulty mechanism, adding to the list of things that should never happen.
We had a great & comfortable stay at one of Yokos properties in Northampton. My team and I where very satisfied with the premises, the bedding was very comfortable as my team and I require sufficient rest due to the nature of our industry “construction”, the amenities were great and everything we needed was present. Any enquiries where handled in a timely and professional manner. Would 100% recommend to others, and happily extend our stay if project required. Keep up with the great work 👍🏼
Stay at one of their pet “friendly “ properties at your peril. Their property maintenance does not include making sure there’s no toxins in the garden. Our dog nearly died, and they just don’t care. There were so many problems and all they do is ghost you. Badly maintained homes and not clean. Unsafe plumbing, scalding water and the only comments are “We’ll speak to our managers” and “No-one else has complained “. “You should have said something at the time” Even though we had to spend a whole day in the vets with our really sick dog. Don’t risk it!
