Awful

Awful. Yoko Properties told us the property that we have had booked for 3 months is no longer available and we fly from Australia to the UK in 3 days!!! They’ve constantly tried to get us to book directly through them and cancel our booking through booking.com. We declined and now this happens. They’ve also said they can’t cancel the booking and we have to do it? Shocking behaviour. Like others have said - scammers, looking to getting more money.

Cancelled booking

I had a booking for several months through Booking.com. Yoko property pushed me several times to cancel my booking and rebook directly with them. I refused to do this, and then 3 days before my arrival they have cancelled my booking claiming the property is no longer available. I am due to arrive from Australia in 3 days and now do not have accommodation. Shocking service

Do not use this company they are awful

Do not use this company they are awful, took over management of a property I had already booked, refused to honor the booking with the previous management company, made me rebook with them now I've spent over 6 months trying to get a refund and no-one taking responsibility. Next step small claims court. Don't book a holiday with this company they will cancel your bookings or rip you off.

Booked a flat in Northampton for 7…

Booked a flat in Northampton for 7 days for 5 people , when we got there there was bedding for 4 , 4 bath towels and 2 hand towels. 1 pot and a frying pan ,the handle on the sink was broken the first shower would not work , the second bathroom no plug the fan and light kept coming on and off. Reported this and a maintenance man came said he would be back on Monday right enough he never said which Monday. Patio door would not lock then they sent password for Netflix—-.——.———— asked again for password got the same back,lack of utensils and the drain were honking

Yoko are great - their value and their people

Cosy!

Very happy with my stay at Yoko Northampton. The team were professional, friendly and quick to reply to any queries I had.The accommodation was clean and comfortable, just what I needed after a gruelling sporting event. Won’t hesitate to book again!

Location great for work

Used Yoko for a work trip in Derby, fantastic location, property was well maintained and communication with the staff were top-notch. Prices on their website are very competitive and easy to use! Best to go direct with them!
