Fantastic Apartment and Staff!!

I stayed in a 2-bed flat in Coventry for a work conference and on arrival the place was immaculate - just as the photos shown. I'm bad with directions but the online staff were able to help me get to the property and explained to me about all of the local amenities. I booked through Airbnb this time but I was told that I can book directly and get exclusive discounts which I will definitely do next time!

Horrendous studio apartment - not as advertised

Horrendous experience staying at one of there so called 1 bed apartments, which is actually a dirty studio room. I have requested a refund for the second night of £150 as the advert for this property is a scam. It was absolutely not as advertised as on booking.com. There is no double bed, no seperate bedroom, no seperate living room, no dishwasher, no washing machine, no hot water and no possibility to shower as the shower hose is too short for the shower cradle. There were drug takers downstairs at all hours wondering around and very odd asylum seekers. The windows do not close properly. It was a security concern to stay there. The sheets were not laundered and there was a broken door next to the single bed which would not close so can’t even sleep in the single bed. I left after 6 hours and requested a refund for the second evening. It is not a one bed apartment. It is a single studio room. Scam artists. Just check other trust pilot reviews and you can read all you need to know. Need to be investigated and shut down. Have already contacted our family lawyer for advice .

Booked a luxury house with pool table

Booked a luxury house with pool table , sky ,Netflix in Milton Keynes 10th July 2023 for 4 days costing £750Arrived after a 4 hour drive at 4.15pm to find it still not cleaned from prior occupancy, kitchen filthy beds not changed dirty towels full bins etc. Had to get there cleaners to come at 7.30pm.Pool table is a small kids one lol.Pluming problem in bathroom with bath not emptying after a shower. Boiler broke down half way through week so no hot water to shower and had to use kettle for dishes.Dodgy wiring and back garden falling apart with dangerous walkways.Bookin.com useless as where Yoko Don’t use these guys

Stayed with Yoko for the F1 Silverstone GP weekend

Stayed with Yoko for the Silverstone GP weekend and it was perfect! Staff was super helpful and property was immaculate! The check-in instructions were very clear on arrival and booking was seamless. Got a great price by booking direct instead of the usual booking sites like Airbnb/Booking.com etc… would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

Had the worst experience at Yoko…

Had the worst experience at Yoko property in Milton Kynes and would not recommend to anyone. The property was too small and had a lot of broken tiles and protruding nails which I felt wasn't safe for my crawling baby. Reached out to them with pictures of the house and nothing was done. Struggled locking the door and again nothing was done. They took £45 from my account without explaining what it was for and when I asked, they said I broke one part of the fridge which was a complete lie. I requested them to send photos of the broken part as I had taken pictures and video of apartment as evidence before I left. They returned the money without sending pictures and never apologised. I also forgot my laptop and at collection they told me someone had picked it which wasn't true and when I asked for details that's when the story changed and they gave back my laptop. In a nutshell they're the worst and very frustrating dealing with them, not professional at all.

lack of responsiveness

I was unable to reach anyone in a timely manner. This lack of responsiveness highly unacceptable, and only added to my overall dissatisfaction with the booking experience.

I booked the property on booking.com

I booked the property on booking.com, they reached out to me to book directly with them, offering free late check out and price discount. The property was in nice location but all Bins outside(they had 4 of them) were filled with empty bottles, meaning there was a party at the property before were rented the property, there was a dirty towel left in the washing machine. We spent 9 days, left the property undamaged, only to receive a message that they are withholding our deposit of £250 because a mattress was stained. They sent a dodge picture that could have been taken anywhere. We asked for the before picture of same mattress, till now nothing has been provided. Beware of this property, they are out to rip people off. They have stopped taking our calls.
