This service is a complete disappointment. They don't even deserve a single star. They promote the program as personalized support, but it is not. When I requested a refund, they gave me the runaround. I've been waiting weeks for my money back and am seriously considering legal action. BEWARE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
